Funded by memberships, BRTA maintains a website, a regional visitor’s guide and we host member conferences…We also have monthly meetings and you are always invited!
We are a private, non-profit membership organization founded in 1987 to promote the tourism assets and attractions of the Blue Ridge Travel area of Southwest Virginia including areas in adjoining communities and states so we welcome our neighboring states as members as an important part of our region…State lines are just crossable borders to see and do more in our region as we are all united in our goal to invite others to “Travel the Blue Ridge”…
We are composed of Chambers of Commerce, CVBs, Lodging Establishments, Retail Stores, Recreation Outfitters, Restaurants and Caterers, Tourism Attractions and Offices, Farmers and Farm Markets, City, County and Town Governments and more in our region.
